Hello and thank you for viewing my profile.
I am a widower having lost my wife after a long illness and now live with my two well behaved dogs in South West France near Bordeaux. which is 80 km to the West.
I have fields and about two hectares of mature oak and chestnut trees, a small vineyard to make Pineau ( fortified wine ) vegetable gardens and greenhouse.
I have been renovating the old buildings and created a new barn and the building work is almost finished and will be completed by next spring.
I am a Scot but have been in France or seven years and have enjoyed it all. I do visit the U K as my daughter and son live there along with my grandchildren.
I am trying to be as Eco as passable and have just started to use the Bio Dynamic Rudolf Steiner method of horticulture.
While my cup is full in many ways I do not have a special lady to share the good and bad days. A lady who can be part of the dream if not all the time as I live abroad but at least some of the time as a French British compromise.
I am not looking for glamour or a high fashioned lady it is the mind and heart that is important.
